Gen Next Healthcare Staffing was born out of more than two decades of hands-on experience in the healthcare industry. Working as an established care provider in the Phoenix metro area, we saw firsthand the structural staffing challenges that long-term care facilities face, chronic shortages of CNAs and nurses, relentless turnover, rising overtime costs, and the toll it all takes on patient care and staff morale.

We built Gen Next Healthcare Staffing to solve that problem. Healthcare staffing isn't a "nice-to-have convenience." It's about addressing structural gaps that most facilities can't fix through internal hiring alone. By leveraging our deep roots in the healthcare community and our extensive network of qualified professionals, we connect facilities with the dependable, pre-qualified staff they need to deliver outstanding care.
